Things Valrico needs to improve

Alright, I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a smaller city city with about 38,820 people. You can expect to pay around $1,698 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Bought a house here in 2016 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
