Best apartments in Van Wert under ?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $109,700 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $53,632 in Van Wert. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
