Hey everyone, Homes are going for about $109,700 on average. The median home value here is around $109,700, which is actually reasonable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Would love some local perspective. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
