Grocery stores in Van Wert -recommendations?

Hey everyone, Homes are going for about $109,700 on average. The median home value here is around $109,700, which is actually reasonable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Would love some local perspective. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Salt Lake City and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Oak Park. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in construction. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like Mediterranean.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if dating scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Old Town area are challenging. Kids love it here.
