How are the schools in Van Wert?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Rent is about $739/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Is this normal for Van Wert? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
