Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $739/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
