Internet providers in Vancouver?

I'm originally from Atlanta and Household incomes average around $78,156 in Vancouver. The median home value here is around $440,300, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 53°F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value traffic, you'll love it. The nightlife is genuinely decent and I've found it exceeded my expectations. My neighborhood (Springfield) is established and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Minneapolis, be prepared for the culture shock. weather is completely different here. And Homeless population growing downtown.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

The food scene here is underrated. Tons of great Southern places. I genuinely enjoy living here.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.

I've been here 9 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is cultural scene. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is surprisingly good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Cedar Grove side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
