What's it really like living in Vancouver?
Alright, Military spouse here. Homes are going for about $440,300 on average. Household incomes average around $78,156 in Vancouver. Rent is about $1,632/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
