Vandenberg Village housing prices -when will it stop?

Alright, Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Appreciate any input. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 2 years ago from Salt Lake City and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Eastside. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in consulting. If you're in hospitality you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like Thai.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
