OK so Poverty rate is 4.8%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $115,750, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Does this match your experience? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
