Is Vass getting better or worse?

Curious what people think. We're a young couple and The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Is this normal for Vass? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Miami it's surprisingly good.
