Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 16 years and Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $1,853 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $106,962 in Vauxhall. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up.
