Anyone regret moving to Vega Baja zona urbana?

Random thought, I'm a 49-year-old police officer and With a population of 22,730, Vega Baja zona urbana is a small town. The median home value here is around $115,400, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 39.4%, which is higher than I expected. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Worth the trade-offs? The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, No regrets on my end..
