Best restaurants in Vega Baja zona urbana?

First post here. Been living here since 2014. You can expect to pay around $618 for rent here. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Has anyone dealt with this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Moved here from San Diego about 10 years ago. it exceeded my expectations. Still getting used to healthcare but Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from Phoenix about 8 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good healthcare facilities
- Lots of new development happening

Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are manageable, gas is solid.

Socially, I have mixed feelings honestly. Happy to answer more specific questions..
