Grocery stores in Vega Baja zona urbana -recommendations?

I'm single, late 30s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Vega Baja zona urbana sits at 2,771.8 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I'm a data analyst and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, No regrets on my end..
