First post here. I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $22,455 in Vega Baja zona urbana. Average temperature is around 80--F, so it's warm year-round. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
