Biggest downsides of living in Veneta?

So, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $1,624 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The traffic is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The nightlife is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
