Longtime lurker here, The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $71,352, which feels about average for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? Appreciate any input. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
