OK so I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $71,352, which feels about average for the area. With a population of 12,662, Verde Village is a small town. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
