Anyone else love living in Verdigris?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $81,406, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.

I've been here 13 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Eastside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
