Is Vermilion walkable?

Alright, Poverty rate is 4.1%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $172,000, which is actually reasonable. The weather takes some getting used to. Should I be concerned? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much pricey but now it's improving.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is food scene. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.
