Cheapest neighborhoods in Vernon?

Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $870/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2014. With a population of 9,947, Vernon is a small town. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
