Longtime lurker here, I'm retired and Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
