Homes are going for about $257,600 on average. Rent is about $1,051/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
