Hey folks, Just moved here 14 months ago and Poverty rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a software engineer who relocated here from LA about 15 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and work.
Pros I've experienced:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Good internet infrastructure
- Good airport with direct flights
Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are competitive, gas is hit or miss.
Socially, I love the pace of life here. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
