Jack Cox best-worst May 15, 2025

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $1,455/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
