Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 50s, and Household incomes average around $129,171 in Vestavia Hills. The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Worth the trade-offs? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
