Hi all, I've been here for 6 years and Poverty rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 38,704 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Would love some local perspective. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
