I'm originally from Orlando and Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $117,000, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $42,484, which feels on the lower side for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this? Cheers. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
