Best apartments in Victoria under ?

Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 0.7%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,435 for rent here. Household incomes average around $192,821 in Victoria. Average temperature is around 44--F, so bundle up in winter. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Great weather
- Good job market
- Nice parks and trails
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Rising rent prices
- Sprawl everywhere
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Not enough green space
Is this normal for Victoria? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want nightlife, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
