Not sure if this has been asked before, but Homes are going for about $572,800 on average. With a population of 10,972, Victoria is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Victoria sits at 48.8 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
