I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a smaller city city with about 65,514 people. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
