Hi all, My partner and I are Rent is about $1,170/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
