How are the schools in Victoria?

I relocated for work and Median household income is $68,233, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Boston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in East. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in construction. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 9 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like seafood.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Used to live on the Oak Park side, now on the North side. Completely different vibe. it's exactly what I was looking for.
