Is it worth buying in Victoria?
Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $193,200, which is actually reasonable. It's a a smaller city city with about 65,514 people. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I overthinking this? The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
