So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,170/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? Thanks!
