Rent vs buy in Victorville — what makes sense?
Hey folks, I've been here for 3 years and Homes are going for about $342,500 on average. Poverty rate is 16.4%, which is higher than I expected. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Anyone in a similar situation? The food scene here is surprisingly good.
