Housing market in Vidalia right now

Curious what people think. I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $53,393 in Vidalia. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Used to live on the Cedar Grove side, now on the Riverside side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
