Best and worst neighborhoods in Vienna Bend

OK so I'm originally from Phoenix and Poverty rate is 13.5%, which is around average. The unemployment rate is 8.7%, which is concerning. Homes are going for about $117,200 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a marketing manager who relocated here from Dallas about 4 years ago. The main reasons were family and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Affordable housing options
- Diverse dining options
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Financially, we've found it hit or miss compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are pricey, gas is average.

Socially, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Feel free to reach out with questions..
