Considering Vienna vs Cleveland -help me decide

Hey folks, I've been here for 11 years and Poverty rate is 4.2%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,430 for rent here. Median household income is $223,571, which feels pretty solid for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.
