Hey everyone, I've been here for 13 years and You can expect to pay around $2,430 for rent here. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation?

I've lived in Greenfield for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The outdoor recreation scene is underrated
The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Chain restaurants dominate
Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for young professionals. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I work in real estate here and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The job market for my field is challenging. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.
