Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and Rent is about $2,430/month for a decent place. Median household income is $223,571, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. What are your go-to spots? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
