Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 6 months ago and Rent is about $2,430/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $223,571, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What are your go-to spots? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
