Best companies to work for in Viera West?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm single, late 40s, and It's a a small town city with about 17,169 people. The median home value here is around $539,000, which is pretty steep. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've lived in Westside for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- The housing market scene is improving

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for families. Hope this helps!.
