Best industries in View Park-Windsor Hills right now
Hello, I relocated for work and Rent is about $1,845/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I've lived in Eastside for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Four distinct seasons
- The safety scene is improving
The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Road conditions need improvement
Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for young professionals. Definitely worth checking out..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in North area are better than expected. Kids love it here.
