Is it worth buying in Village Green?

Longtime lurker here, Poverty rate is 11.5%, which is around average. Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What do you all think? The weather takes some getting used to.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are underrated, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
