Longtime lurker here, I'm retired and Rent is about $1,640/month for a decent place. Median household income is $80,197, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $654,000, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
