Dog-friendly places in Village of Oak Creek (Big Park)?

Anyone else feel this way? With a population of 6,340, Village of Oak Creek (Big Park) is a small town. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? Thanks!

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a HR manager who relocated here from Dallas about 6 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and family.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Nice parks and green spaces

Cons that are real:
- Limited shopping options
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are competitive, gas is solid.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
