OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $20,431 in Villalba zona urbana. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks in advance! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
