Just moved here 1 months ago and The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What would you do? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Villanova housing prices -when will it stop?

Longtime lurker here, Crime rate is something to consider -Villanova sits at 143.3 per 100K. Poverty rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? Any help is appreciated.
