Starting a business in Vincennes?

So, Been living here since 2018. Household incomes average around $50,238 in Vincennes. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Any advice would be great. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Old Town area are underrated. Kids love it here.
